  v0.1.1 — fixes v0.1.0 broken prefix paths

  v0.1.0 was built with --prefix=/tmp/tlog-install which made the patched lib look for config at /tmp/tlog-install/share/tlog/... — broken on real systems.

  v0.1.1 rebuild uses Ubuntu FHS: --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var --libdir=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu.

  Also fixes install.sh SIGPIPE false-negative on watchdog string check (set -o pipefail + grep -q corner case).

  Verified live on armoirjaune with backup: patched lib loads /etc/tlog/tlog-rec-session.conf correctly, shell session works.

  Install: sudo bash install.sh. Verify: strings /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtlog.so.0.0.0 | grep -i watchdog. Rollback: sudo bash uninstall.sh.

  First release of the tlog-rec-session spin loop watchdog patch.

  Source patch: 21 lines in lib/tlog/rec.c — adds 30-second idle watchdog inside the main tlog_rec_transfer loop.

  Built binaries: x86_64 Ubuntu 24.04 (glibc 2.39), against tlog 14.

  Install (with backup):

  sudo bash install.sh
  

  Verify:

  strings /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtlog.so.0.0.0 | grep -i watchdog
  # → Watchdog: child exited and no flush progress in 30s, forcing exit
  

  Rollback:

  sudo bash uninstall.sh

  ⚠ DO NOT install on dedale without separate test (see README).
