    Folikaii 26.2 build 236 — upstream sync onto Lophine ver/26.2-hardfork 1c025e6 (2026-09-04), foliaRef 14b7fee (Folia ver/26.2.x HEAD), Paper 5d4f9bd0.

    • 94 ekaii patches kept (the Carpet class-init deadlock fix is now upstream #175), 6 conflicts resolved (config system rewrite #183, hopper parity, portal ingress #180, teleport rework, command refactors).
    • ekaii fixes: sequential config finalization (boot-time race between Leaves command permission registration and the config latch), ServerI18nUtil static registration (upstream regression a57da435).
    • Verified: patch parity (94/94), config parity (ekaii keys 74/74; 4 linear_* keys removed upstream, MCA unaffected), reproducible build, 10-min smoke, pre-prod boot on a copy of the survie world with the 21 live plugins (0 watchdog dumps), production flip on survie 2026-09-07 02:18 (Done 9.4 s, 21 plugins, TPS 20).
